IMA FLUO-C™ - Visible and Infrared Hyperspectral Confocal Imaging System
With this system, we perform photoluminescence spectroscopy and hyperspectral confocal microscopy on lanthanide-based nanoparticles that emit light in a broad emission range from 400 to 1700 nm under near-infrared excitation. This includes emission and excitation spectroscopy in a broad temperature range, assessment of slowly decaying (lanthanide-based) luminescent probes, and absolute quantum yield measurements.
